Cleary Not Your Flintstone Vitamins

Hello Again :)

After seeing women with hair textures similar to mine have waist length hair I was curious to know their secrets, most of them were on hair vitamins. Hair supplements are now a growing trend among women to help increase hair growth. Biotin and MSM are two of the most widely used supplements women have been taking for years. I recently started taking biotin, it’s too soon to see growth results but in about another 3 months I will let you know. I have noticed an extreme change in my nails though, they grew a third of an inch longer and are very strong. Do remember if you decide to take any sort of supplement to help your hair, don’t look for immediate results. You won’t see anything after a week. Establish a daily amount to take as well as the time of the day you will take them. Also, research everything for yourself before you decide to anything into your body.
